TRANSPORTATION

CABO SAFE RIDE
Transportation to and from our wedding events has been arranged for those staying at Hilton. For airport transfers, we highly recommend booking through them as well. They provide reliable private transportation throughout Los Cabos, making travel to and from the resort easy and stress-free.

WHAT TO WEAR

WELCOME PARTY

DRESSY RESORT ATTIRE

For our welcome party, we invite guests to wear dressy resort attire — elevated yet relaxed looks that feel polished for an evening celebration. Think refined, vacation-ready pieces that are comfortable, expressive, and easy to move in while still feeling special.

Please also keep in mind that Cabo evenings can cool down this time of year, so we recommend bringing a light layer or choosing pieces that transition comfortably from day to night.

WEDDING

TROPICAL FORMAL ATTIRE

For the wedding, we encourage tropical formal attire in a palette of natural neutrals and dusty sunset hues such as sand, brown, green, terracotta, muted pink, and soft golden tones. Lightweight, breathable fabrics like linen, chiffon, silk, organza, and soft cotton blends are encouraged for the warm Mexico climate.

For men, suits or dress slacks with a button-down shirt are encouraged; belts and ties are welcome but optional. For women, please wear dresses below the knee. We kindly ask guests to avoid neon colors, overly casual attire, heavy fabrics, and white or ivory clothing out of respect for the bride(with the exception of men’s white undershirts).

OUR REGISTRY

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift of all.

If you would like to celebrate with us further, we have created some registry options below to help us begin this next chapter together. We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and support as we build our life together.

To keep travel simple, we kindly ask that gifts not be brought to the wedding, though cards are always welcome.

Thank you, Haley & Nathan

FAQ

DO I NEED TO RSVP?

Yes, please RSVP yes or no for both events before December 1 so we can plan seating and transportation accordingly. This information will be directly relayed to our wedding planner, so we need it in writing even if we know you are coming. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate responses received after the deadline. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. Kindly note that each guest should RSVP individually.

WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTSIDE?

Yes—our celebration will be held outdoors,
so please plan accordingly for the setting and weather.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration.
Thank you for your understanding.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

We’re keeping our guest list intimate, so we’re only able to include those named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

WHAT FOOD WILL BE SERVED?

We’ll be serving a family-style menu inspired by the flavors of Baja, with a variety of dishes including vegetarian options. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please note them when you RSVP or inform your server during the event.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We invite guests to refer to our attire page for all details and inspiration. If you have any questions let us know!

WANT TO BOOK HAIR AND/OR MAKEUP?

For guests interested in booking hair and/or makeup services during the wedding weekend, we recommend arranging appointments in advance. Below are a few local beauty teams we recommend exploring. We encourage reaching out directly through their websites to inquire about availability, pricing, and scheduling.

Los Cabos Makeup

Piel Canela H&MU Studio

Blanc Bridal Studio

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone, camera, or other devices during the ceremony, aside from a designated moment. We invite you to be fully present with us—our photographer and videographer will be capturing everything, and we’ll be happy to share those memories with you afterward.

DO I NEED TO BRING A GIFT?

No, your presence is truly the only gift we need.
If you would like to contribute further, we have a link to our registry above. To keep travel simple, we kindly ask that gifts not be brought to the wedding, though cards are always welcome.

WHAT DO I NEED TO ENTER MEXICO?

A valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. Please ensure your passport is up to date and will not expire within six months of your travel dates. You may also be asked to complete a short immigration form upon arrival.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

We would love for you to stay with us at the Hilton, where we have secured a room block at a special discounted rate for our wedding. Guests staying at the Hilton will also have transportation provided to and from the welcome party and wedding. While you are welcome to stay elsewhere, we recommend staying in the San José del Cabo area for convenience.

BOOKING OUR ROOM BLOCK

Our booking link will take you directly to the available room options within our block.
For upgrades, extended stays, or special requests, please reach out to the reservations team at:

sjdlc-reservations@hilton.com or call 52-1-624-145-6500.

TRANSPORTATION?

We recommend using Cabo Safe Ride for transportation to and from the airport and your hotel. This is the same car service we will be using for both events. Uber is also available in the area and can be used for additional transportation needs; payment is typically processed through the app. Taxis are widely available as well, though they generally require cash.

WHAT TO PACK?

San José del Cabo typically experiences warm, sunny days and cooler evenings, with daytime highs around 79–82°F and nighttime lows in the mid-50s to mid-60s°F. Rainfall is rare and humidity is low, making it ideal for outdoor celebrations, though mornings and evenings can feel cool. We recommend packing a mix of lightweight, breathable clothing for the daytime along with layers for the cooler evenings. Don't forget sunscreen!

THINGS TO DO?

San José del Cabo offers a beautiful mix of relaxation and exploration. Guests can enjoy the beaches, explore the historic downtown with its art galleries and shops, or book spa experiences. Nearby excursions include boat tours, snorkeling, and sunset cruises, and it will also be whale watching season during your visit. On Thursday evenings, downtown comes alive with the Art Walk, featuring local artists, vendors, music, and a lively atmosphere.
